About Me

I support families in the sacred transition from birth into early parenthood.

I’ve been a yoga teacher since 2019, guiding students back to their bodies through breath, mindful movement, and nervous system regulation. In 2025, I expanded my work into postpartum doula care after receiving support from my own doula — an experience that showed me just how essential it is for a family to be held, nourished, and cared for as a whole.

Motherhood has deepened the way I show up in this work. I understand the tenderness, the intensity, the identity shifts, and the need for steady, compassionate support during this season.

My approach blends evidence-based postpartum care with and grounding practices to support not only the mother’s healing, but the well-being of the entire family. I help partners feel confident in their role, create space for true rest and recovery, and bring calm structure into the home during those early weeks.

Whether I’m guiding therapeutic movement, offering newborn support, preparing nourishing meals for the birthing parent, or simply creating a moment of stillness in a full home, my intention remains the same: to ensure your family feels supported, nurtured, and never alone.
